Die sprachliche Barriere kann gut mit Händen und Füssen umgangen werden. Grundsätzlich haben wir genau das erhalten, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Bikemiete in Krabi und dann bis nach Phuket mit dem Roller. Die Abgabe hätte nicht besser laufen können. Wir haben den Roller im Hotel abholen lassen. Die Kommunikation war zu jedem Zeitpunkt erste Klasse. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen haben wir uns entschieden den Roller dort zu mieten. Wir hatten einen Roller ausgesucht und konnten kurzfristig den Termin ausmachen wann er gebracht wird. Alles wie vereinbart, der Roller war spitze, es gab auch einen Kinderhelm dazu. Super Service und faire Preise. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

So easy to rent and good selection of new bikes. Customers service is great. I had to extend my rental over a few hours and I just messaged on WhatsApp and got confirmed no charge as long as it was within the extra 3 hours. Took minutes. They speak great English and are friendly.
I recommend the grand filano if you like step through scooters. It is so easy to ride and handles really well. Easy to park in busy Ao Nang and weave through traffic (experienced riders only advice)!

Lovely place to rent a bike from if your staying in ao nang, wonderful people such a breeze to rent a bike for a day and then I rented again the following and it was so easy and the prices are great. Definitely worth coming here no hidden fees or anything like that straight forward to the point bring the bike back in the same condition it was in when u got it and you will have no problems what so ever.

Being able to book a scooter online is super convenient. The scooter I rented was in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful when picking up and returning the scooter. The second day of my rental I realized the charging cell phone holder wasn't charging my cell phone. I pulled into Bikago and explained the issue. Fifteen minutes later I was on the road with a new charging cell phone holder installed on the scooter.

Rented two bikes from here at difrent times, the grand filano 125 was great around Ao Nang and used a very small amount of fuel. The other bike, a Honda adv 160 was awesome, nice capable bike that made me feel very safe on the roads with my passenger on the back. Bikago team was super helpful and easy to deal with. Would recommend them over cheaper places as they really have your best intention 😁

It was 5 stars! We made the reservation online, they took the bike to the hotel, super punctual.
No deposit was required, just a passport and driving license.
The delivery was also done without any problems, we left the bike at the hotel, took photos to confirm everything was correct and they later validated the delivery.

Quick and easy. I selected and booked my scooter online in advance. During the handover, I inspected the scooter for any pre-existing damage together with a staff member. Photos were taken by both of us and noted in the handover protocol. Two helmets were included for free, and off we went. Highly recommended. Will rent again at Bikago.

Very professional scooter rental company. Decided on the same day that I wanted to rent a scooter, and got a scooter delivered 1 hour later! From the rental agents (contact through WhatsApp) to the delivery guys are all very professional people. Very easy and recommended service. Scooter was also very new.

I planned a 3 day ride around Krabi, then ride to Phuket for a 2-day stay and another 2 days further up north to Khao Lak. I read the T&C for renting and it specifies rental is limited to Krabi province. Did a "live chat" online and I was told it will be changed to include Phuket (basically covers Phang Nga as well). My booking was even confirmed during "live chat". They delivered the bike to my hotel and provided a helmet with a visor.
I wear spectacles and the visor pressed against my glasses causing some discomfort. So I had to do a temporary mod to prevent it from pressing. Next time, I would use goggles.
I selected the Honda ADV160 and it was zippy. I entered gravel trails and those gravel tyres were perfect.
The agreement came with insurance and my excess payable was slightly lower than the cost for rental for the entire duration. Thankfully nothing untoward happened.
Returning it was easy as photos of the bike's condition were taken prior to taking over. Overall, it was a good feeling renting from this company and I also felt confident because of insurance coverage available.
I will be a returning customer. For sure.
